Exchanges

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. After 7 days, items cannot be exchanged.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and an invoice for exchange.
• Sale, discounted, and customized (stitched/bridal) items are not eligible for exchange.
• In case of any manufacturing defect, please report within 24 hours of purchase.
